The staff here were extremely helpful and kind, making for a pleasant stay.

the room was clean and with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television at your disposal, incredible view. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. its location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson. local fast food option casa blanca restaurant was 5 minutes walk away.

Peaceful and unbeatable location in the middle of jackson, easy to get anywhere. Very impressed with the fantastic view from our a double room. Excellent bathrooms with a tub.

The room had a cozy vibe with a comfortable bed and nice air conditioning. The free WiFi was fast and reliable. I loved the flat-screen TV and the view from my window was amazing. The bathroom was clean and had complimentary toiletries.

The only downside was the desk in the room. I personally didn't find it very useful.

We were really surprised by this hotel! The staff was great, even meeting us at the train station to guide us to the hotel. The room was verysuper clean and cozy, with reliably warm showers. Breakfast on the top floor was amazing, with fantastic views.

The rooms were either very cold and dark or very hot and stuffy. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and we had trouble charging our devices overnight because some of the outlets didn't work.

Clean, safe, friendly staff, great service, superb breakfast with fantastic view, comfortable beds.
